This morning I was looking for something good for breakfast. Because today is a snow day from work I had a bit more time to think about what to eat instead of just grabbing a yogurt. I threw together these ingredients and WOW it’s amazing!! It’s hard to believe that it’s actually healthy!!
You can eat this dip with any fruit or even by itself when the fruit is all gone! It is so simple to make.
-One thing of greek yogurt (any kind)
-1/2 a cup of peanut butter
-a teaspoon of honey
And that’s it! just put it all in a bowl and mix together and enjoy! : )
